cncopt link not working....

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Center Driven C n C TA Scripts Collection a few times and everytime when I click on mine or any other base and then the cncopt tab 9 out of 10 times it will go to a blank page that says no data sent. Sometimes the window will open but most of the time it goes to the blank page. I am pasting a copy of the url as it appears in the search box on the blank screen only there its all on one line of course. Also I am not changing any of the default selected scripts. Any help will be appreciated.

Oh I meant to tell you I am using win7 Professional 64 Bit Operating system.

I have it working as well now w/ no issues. It could have been a browser problem. Now though I'm having another issue lol, on my Map (KSX-Mod) for some reason the dots that according to their color are supposed to be POI's are tunnels instead and I can click on every other colored dot was acurate but there were very few POI's and they weren't the color they were supposed to be.
